She was very through in explaining the pros and cons of financing vs leasing, along with other incentives Toyota offers. Even though we were pressed for time due to an unexpected work schedule, MIA made sure that my Grandson drove his new vehicle out of the dealership and he made it to work on time. Myrna Moran was a good service advisor - kept me informed, worked with the mechanic to show meexactly the major repair needed to my Prius suspension. Although it was a high-cost repair, glad they caught it for safety reasons. Myrna helped to provide a more reasonable price for all the service done on the car - I appreciated it, given how expensive everything is now. It took much longer than originally planned to get my car out of the repair bays, but as mentioned, appreciate the extra work was justified.

My daughter and I visited Autoland in Springfield, NJ in the latter part of August. She fell in love with the car she test drove (Toyota Corolla 2025). We decided to go with the Corolla Hybrid LE 2026. We were excited. The car has to be ordered and came directly from Japan. It did take three weeks to arrive, no problem. I’m just shocked it doesn’t come with a spare tire. The Manager Mike explained because it’s Hybrid, something to do with weight and balance on the engine. I was told it does come with Toyota Roadside Assistance (yes, which cost an arm & a leg). Maintenance for two years (again paying an exorbitant amount). This is all built in to the price. I didn’t question it because my daughter was very excited. The Salesperson Bill is super friendly and professional. I highly recommend him. I received a call three days after picking up the car to schedule a maintenance date for January 2027. I’m bewildered because I was told tire rotation and 21 point inspection has to be done @ 5 months or 5000 miles. I know for sure this car will not have such high miles. I’m learning about this car. Oil change is due @ 10000 miles or 10 months. I highly recommend this Dealership and do recommend Hybrid vehicles.
